Terms of Service

Welcome to GroundFlow (“GroundFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GroundFlow website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms of Service are entered into by and between you and AABAHO LLC, doing business as GroundFlow.

1) Who May Use GroundFlow

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have consent from a parent or guardian.

2) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@groundflow.ai of any unauthorized use.

3) Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Some features require a paid plan or one-time purchase. Prices, features, and billing intervals will be shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Taxes may apply based on your location.

4) User Content

You may submit information such as personality test results, uploaded documents, preferences, and message content (“User Content”). You retain your ownership rights in User Content. You grant GroundFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.

5) Product-Specific Disclosures

LLM Processing & Anonymization. To generate reminders and summaries, we may send anonymized and/or pseudonymized text derived from your test data and report content to large language model (“LLM”) providers solely for processing your request. We remove direct personal identifiers we do not need (e.g., name, email, phone) before such submissions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Reminders (Email/SMS). You may opt in to email/SMS reminders. Delivery is performed via third-party providers (e.g., SendGrid for email; Twilio for SMS). Standard messaging and data rates may apply; message frequency varies by your settings. For the SMS program’s description, opt-in method, opt-out via STOP, HELP instructions, expected frequency, and carrier disclosures, see our public Mobile Terms (SMS), which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Uploads. If you upload third-party personality reports or PDFs, you represent that you have the right to upload that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6) Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Services. For example, do not: (a) attempt to access accounts or data without authorization; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c) reverse engineer or scrape our systems except as permitted by law; or (d) use the Services to violate any law or infringe others’ rights.

7) Intellectual Property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by GroundFlow or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights explicitly granted in these Terms, no license is granted to you.

8) Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (e.g., LLM providers, analytics, email/SMS providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

9) Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

GroundFlow provides informational content only. We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on the Services as a substitute for professional advice.

10) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROUNDFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROUNDFLOW AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law).

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

14) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We will post changes with a new “Effective date.” Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

15) Mobile Terms (SMS)

Our SMS program terms are provided at groundflow.ai/sms-terms and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. That page describes the program, opt-in method, how to opt out by replying STOP, how to get help by replying HELP, expected frequency (varies by user settings), that message and data rates may apply, and standard carrier disclosures. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Mobile Terms (SMS) page regarding the SMS program, the Mobile Terms (SMS) page will control for SMS matters.
